Day 14. Secured the deal.

Day 14 is in the books. Had an appointment today to look at a fifteen acre lot, seller wanted one eighty five, negotiated him down to one forty five, and secured the deal. Still a lot of work ahead, clearing title, making sure the land can be developed, but it’s a real win. Also want to be upfront, wholesaling is actually my main business.
