To get paid on this deal, I have to sign and notarize a special document called an "Allonge to secured note" . For the real estate wholesalers out there, this is essentially just an assignment contract ! Just like a wholesaler assigns a property contract to a cash buyer for a fee, I am simply assigning this loan to another lender so they can pay me .
