Stop Looking at Stock Prices!Do THIS Instead #marketanalysis #analysis #marketingstrategy #tcs #views #fundamentalanalysis #nifty #MidCap #SmallCap #StockMarketIndia #TradingWhales #PERatio #ValueInvesting Welcome to Part 4 of our Fundamental Analysis Series! 📈 Are you just looking at a stock's price to make your investment decisions? In this video, we explain why that is the wrong approach and why you need to focus on company size, known as Market Capital. 🧠 What is Market Capital? Market capital represents the total value of a company's outstanding shares. Based on this, companies are divided into three main categories: 🏢 1. Large Cap Stocks These are the top 100 companies in India by market capitalization. They are well-stabled businesses. They offer low risk and medium returns. Examples: TCS, Wipro, and Larsen & Toubro (L&T). 📈 2. Mid Cap Stocks These companies rank from 101 to 250 in the Indian market. They come with medium risk and high returns. Examples: Shriram Finance, Abbott, and TVS. 🔥 3. Small Cap Stocks These are companies ranked below 250. They carry high risk but offer high returns. Examples: Inox Wind, Vodafone Idea (Vi), and Suzlon. ⚠️ Important Note: Market capital only tells you the size of the company, it does not tell you its valuation. You still need to know if a company is undervalued or overvalued. 👇 WANT TO LEARN ABOUT VALUATION? 👇 Comment "P/E Ratio" below, and we will cover it in the next video!
