The First Thing I Ask Every Entrepreneur Before We Talk Tax Planning

Strategy Guideyoutube

Every time an entrepreneur tells me they are ready to start tax planning the first thing I ask is simple. Can you show me your profit and loss statement? Here is why. Most of the strategies we use at Tax Alchemy require liquidity. You need to be able to park money into real estate. You need to be comfortable investing in oil and gas. You need to have the cash flow to support vehicle or equipment strategies on your return. If you do not have margin you do not have options. So before we talk strategy I look at the P&L. I look at the balance sheet. I check how much cash is in the bank. Then I work backwards and figure out what is actually possible for this client given where they are right now. Tax planning is not just about knowing the strategies. It is about having the financial foundation to execute them. Comment the word WEALTH if you are earning over $500K and want to find out what is actually possible for your situation.
