The Only Thing That Matters In Investing

Harry Markowitz
DebatePortfolio Reviewyoutube

Jesus promised us an abundant life in John 10:10. He also gives us wisdom on achieving that. The growth vs. income debate in investing is a total distraction. Whether a stock pays you a $5,000 dividend or gains $5,000 in price, your wealth changes by the exact same amount—it's called Total Return. Stop overcomplicating your portfolio with stock picking, options, or high-yield dividend traps. In this video, we break down why Nobel laureate Harry Markowitz called broad diversification "the only free lunch in finance" and how a low-cost, globally diversified index fund gives you the ultimate risk-adjusted return.
