"I Have 4 Rentals and No Retirement Plan"
Four rentals. $1.2M in equity. $900K in a 401(k). Nearly $2M on paper — and no retirement plan. That was a real client. And it's more common than you'd think, because owning assets and having a plan are two completely different things. Here's what wasn't working: the rental income was inconsistent, the 401(k) had no withdrawal strategy, and there was no single predictable paycheck showing up each month. Just a pile of assets pointing in different directions. A real plan answers one question — how do I turn everything I've built into consistent, predictable income every month? We restructured around exactly that: what to keep, what to sell, how to reposition the 401(k) around their actual needs.
