I’ve spent years learning real estate investing, and I recently realized something crazy: many of the same principles I use to evaluate real estate deals also work in my stock trading strategy.
I’m basically analyzing the stock market the same way I analyze real estate.
Instead of location, location, location, I look at company fundamentals. Instead of real estate comps, I use stock market analysis, moving averages, trends, and the 52-week high and 52-week low to understand value.
Then I focus on what every investor should understand: buy low, sell high, avoid chasing hype, have a clear entry and exit strategy, practice risk management, and control your emotions when everyone else is following the herd.
That’s why this real estate strategy feels like a stock market cheat code to me.
Whether I’m doing day trading, swing trading, or buying real estate, my investor mindset stays the same: understand the fundamentals, find undervalued opportunities, stay disciplined, and don’t let greed control your decisions.
I also break down my personal trading rules, how I avoid revenge trading, why emotional discipline matters, and why knowing when to exit can be just as important as knowing when to enter.
