International investors are questioning the safe-haven role of the dollar due to the intensifying trade war. Is this just a temporary retreat or the beginning of a more structural trend? Zombanakis Professor of the International Financial System at HKS and Jason Furman, Aetna Professor of the Practice of Economic Policy at HKS.
