The World Economy and the New US Administration and Congress
C. Fred Bergsten spoke at CIGI’s Global Policy Forum in Ottawa. In this lecture Bergsten explored the successes and challenges of free trade in the US under the Obama administration. Bergsten also looks ahead to outline what the future of US trade agreements may look like under a new US administration, specifically the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
