How to Actually Compete for Foreclosure Deals #realestate #investingtips
Two people asked me about foreclosures today. Same question I get a lot: is buying a foreclosure a shortcut to a cheaper property? Sometimes, yes. But here's the catch nobody explains. The best foreclosure deals almost always go to cash buyers. Sellers and banks want speed and certainty, not financing contingencies. So the people who most need a cheaper deal are often the ones least equipped to actually win it, because they don't have the cash to compete. The real move isn't chasing foreclosures. It's getting yourself into a position where you can actually compete for the best deals when they show up. I'm Justin Franzke, a licensed Realtor and Public Adjuster in Illinois and Wisconsin. If you're thinking about investing in real estate, the strategy matters more than the listing type.
