A recession is coming. Not necessarily today. Not necessarily this year. But at some point, in your investing lifetime — the economy will contract, markets will drop, and people around you will panic and sell. The investors who come out ahead are not the ones who predicted the recession. They are the ones who prepared for it — before it arrived, when the preparation was easy and unhurried. In this video I build the three-layer recession-resilient portfolio system from the ground up. Layer one protects your ability to stay invested when the economy contracts. Layer two is the specific asset allocation designed for different behaviors during downturns. Layer three is the psychological and mechanical preparation that stops you from making the most expensive recession mistake — selling at the bottom. I also show you exactly what happens to two investors — same starting amount, same recession — with and without the system. The outcome gap at Month 18 is significant. Note: No portfolio is completely recession-proof — all investments carry risk of loss. This video covers principles for building a more resilient portfolio during economic downturns. Verify investment options available in your specific country before acting. 💬 DROP A COMMENT: Have you been through a significant market downturn as an investor? Did you hold, sell, or buy more? Tell me what you did and what you wish you had done differently. Or — are you building this system now? Tell me where you are starting and I will tell you the most important first step for your situation. I read every comment. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 📲 SHARE THIS VIDEO: If you know someone who is invested but has no recession plan — no emergency fund, no cash buffer, no written strategy for when things drop — share this video before the next downturn. The preparation takes an afternoon. The cost of not preparing can take years to recover from. ---------------------------
