He practised as CA for 37 years until 2022 when he surrendered his Certificate of Practice as CA and enrolled as Advocate with Telangana Bar Council and started practice as advocate at High Court at Hyderabad. He wrote Indian Politics Vs. Indian Constitution in English and Bharata Prajalamagu Memu in Telugu. He got his English book translated into Hindi and named it Bharathiya Samvidhan Banam Bharathiya Rajneethi. The books are available online on Amazon, FlipCart, Kobo and Notion Press. One day, without any predetermined plan, about Seven years ago, he visited temple of the Goddess Saraswathi in Basara town in Nizamabad district of Telangana state on the banks of river Godavari. There, he recited the hymn in praise of the goddess which was written on the wall behind the idol. He by hearted the hymn Yakundendu tushara hara dhavala and recited it time and again to remember it. After this incident, he was impelled to study the Constitution which led to writing of the above books. He, having realised that whatever is happening in India in the name of the Constitution on social, political and economic matters is not in accordance with what is stated in it; it is diametrically opposed to what has been stated in it. To propagate his observations, he dispatched his book to each and every Parliament Member in the country. The response was not as expected. To escalate and train up himself, he gave several interviews to various YouTube Telugu channels in Hyderabad. The response was better, but the channel owners were keeping irrelevant thumbnails and mixing up sensational political issues. Now, he has started this channel to propagate his constitutional findings. As next step, he plans a press conference in Delhi by January 26, 2026. In this video, it is explained that courts cannot impose deadlines to the Executive on any matters including matters of assent to bills under Articles 111, 200 or 201. About This Footage

The footage of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a renowned Indian jurist, economist, social reformer, and politician, is notable for its historical significance and relevance to India's constitutional framework. This 0:57 clip, uploaded in 2022, provides valuable insights into the complexities of India's social hierarchy and the role of the Constitution in addressing these issues.

As the chairperson of the committee that drafted the Indian Constitution, Dr. Ambedkar played a pivotal role in shaping the country's foundational document. His expertise in law and economics made him an ideal candidate for this position. The clip highlights the fact that despite his efforts to create a more inclusive society through the Constitution, scheduled castes (షెడ్యూల్డ్ కులాలు) did not vote for him.

This raises important questions about the effectiveness of the Indian Constitution in addressing social inequalities. Dr. Ambedkar's work on the Constitution was guided by his vision of a more equitable society, where all citizens have equal rights and opportunities. However, it appears that despite his efforts, significant sections of Indian society continued to face marginalization and exclusion.

The clip also highlights the significance of the Reorganization of Indian States, which was a critical aspect of Dr. Ambedkar's work on the Constitution. This process aimed to create more homogeneous states with a balanced demographic profile, reducing the dominance of any single group or community. However, it is evident that despite these efforts, social inequalities persisted.

The expert providing context for this footage is Advocate E. Hari Babu, a qualified chartered accountant (CA) and lawyer who has written extensively on Indian politics and the Constitution. His book, "Indian Politics Vs. Indian Constitution," is a comprehensive analysis of the disconnect between the country's constitutional framework and its actual implementation.

The clip serves as a reminder that the Indian Constitution, despite its progressive ideals, has not been able to eradicate social inequalities in the country. Dr. Ambedkar's legacy continues to inspire debates on the role of the Constitution in addressing these issues, and Advocate Hari Babu's work provides valuable insights into the complexities of India's constitutional framework.

In conclusion, this footage is a significant contribution to our understanding of India's constitutional history and its ongoing relevance to contemporary social and political issues. It highlights the importance of continued dialogue and debate on the role of the Constitution in shaping Indian society, and serves as a reminder that the country's founding fathers' vision of a more equitable society remains an unfulfilled promise.

The clip is also notable for its brevity, lasting only 0:57 minutes. However, this conciseness belies the depth of knowledge and insight it provides into the complexities of India's constitutional framework. As such, it serves as a valuable resource for scholars, researchers, and anyone interested in understanding the intricacies of Indian politics and society.

Ultimately, this footage is a testament to Dr. Ambedkar's enduring legacy and his commitment to creating a more just and equitable society through the Constitution. It highlights the ongoing relevance of his work and continues to inspire debates on the role of the Constitution in shaping India's future.
